Application Guide
1. Click the banner to access the submission page. You will then be routed to the sign-in page.
2. If you already have an account, please log in. Otherwise, please create an account.
3. Please fill out the registration form, then click “Submit”.
4. You will then be routed to the submission page. Please answer all of the questions. You can save it as a draft and submit it later. Once you are done, please click “Confirm”.
5. Once you have completed the submission form, you will be routed to your profile where you can see all of your submissions. Please click “Proceed to Payment” to pay for your entry fee.
6. For the final step, please choose a payment method to pay for your entry fee and complete your submission. If you are submitting a free application, please select “No Payment” at checkout.
