You will then be routed to the submission page. Please answer all of the questions. You can save it as a draft and submit it later. Once you are done, please click “Next”.

You will be shown a preview of your details. After reviewing the information, please click “Next” and then click “Proceed to Payment” to pay for your entry fee.

For the final step, please choose a payment method to pay for your entry fee and complete your submission. If you are submitting a free application, please select “Make Payment” at checkout.
