Reach the people behind the programme.

- Nominations: use the nomination form. It walks you through the evidence each category asks for.
- Press and media: [email protected]. Interviews, ceremony access and verified results.
- Sponsorship: [email protected]. How the ceremony and events are funded, and what sponsors do (and do not) influence.
Before you write
Two pages answer most questions on their own. The methodology explains how the panel scores nominations against published criteria. The about page covers the history and the categories. If you still need a hand after reading them, email us and say what you have already checked, and we can go straight to the part you are stuck on.

What is the best email for general questions?
Write to [email protected]. It reaches the team that handles questions about the programme, the categories and the timeline, and a person reads each message.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to answer every genuine enquiry within a few working days. Replies can take a little longer in the weeks around the ceremony, when the team is busiest.
Do I need to email before I nominate someone?
No. Nominations go through the nomination form, which guides you through the evidence each category asks for. Email us only if a question is not covered there.
Can I pay to be considered for an award?
No. Recognition cannot be bought. The panel scores each nomination against published criteria, so no payment or message will place anyone on a shortlist.
How do I reach the team about press or sponsorship?
For media and interviews, write to [email protected]. For ceremony and event sponsorship, write to [email protected].
